Compliance and Regulations

The following summary guidelines were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance. The guidelines apply to all park guests, employees and contractors. Please see Happy Camper Handbook for full disclosure of park policies and regulations.

Creekside RV Ranch is a privately-owned RV park. We reserve the right to accept or refuse anyone.  By making a reservation with our campground, you are agreeing to these Rules and Regulations.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in’s are welcome by a scheduled reservation or unscheduled drop-in’s.  It is recommended to make a reservation for a spot before your arrival to ensure a spot is available.

After hours, unscheduled guests may park in any available space that does not have an orange cone in the space.

The park uses an honor system for payment. The payment drop box is located by the front door of the office. Guests may pay by cash or an invoice on their phone sent by calling the office staff of Creekside.

Check-out is by 11am. Please make sure your campsite is clear of all trash and debris. Late checkout may be available (depending on the next reservation). Guests must get pre-approval for late check out.  Guests remaining after 11am without a pre-approved late check out may be charged for an additional day.

Extended stay guests are welcome with an approved application and payment in advance.

Children & Safety
For safety, children should be supervised by an adult at all times everywhere in the park including the laundry and bathhouse.

Camp Sites
Our park staff work hard to keep sites clean and free of debris. Please help by avoiding clutter and eyesores such as boxes, tools, wood, empty flower pots, etc. sitting around your camper.  Additional fees may apply for clean-up.

Door Code Access
Codes are given to each registered guest to enter the vending, laundry, shower, and mailbox area while you are staying with us. For safety and security purposes we ask that you do not share the code with anyone other than those in your party.

EEO
Creekside RV Ranch does not refuse service to anyone on the basis of race, gender, religion or any other status protected by law.

Guests with disabilities are welcome. Our park amenities are equipped for individuals with disabilities including our showers, restrooms and laundry machines.  Guests who may need accommodations outside of what the park is currently equipped for may ask for assistance. Creekside management endeavors to provide an accommodation unless doing so would impose undue hardship upon Creekside’s business operations.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Creekside RV Ranch. Notifications of accessibility barriers can be made to either of the park owners either by regular mail, email at ginabrooks0771@gmail.com or by calling the office at 918-485-8470.

Felons/Sex Offenders
Oklahoma’s public accommodations law does not protect individuals based on their arrest or conviction record. Campgrounds are permitted to exclude potential guests who are inappropriate for the campground.

Our Campground has determined that it cannot provide the level of supervision, security, screening and monitoring which would be required to provide accommodations to sex offenders while protecting other campers and guests, particularly children.  It is the policy of Creekside RV Park that no individual who is required to register as a sex offender may be a camper, guest, employee or visitor at the park.

Management will use reasonable efforts to determine whether persons seeking to be guests are registered sex offenders. This policy, however, cannot guarantee that every person who has some history of sex offenses will be excluded. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the supervision of their children.

Any person who is alleged to have engaged in any inappropriate sexual or sexual harassing conduct toward others shall be immediately removed while the allegations are investigated. Creekside may exclude any person based on a determination that their continued presence is not in the best interest of the park or its guests.
